Troy Creswell recovered a judgment against Texas Employers Insurance Association for total and permanent disability benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Law. Texas Employers Insurance Association has appealed.

Effective September 1, 1971, Article 8306, Section 12c was amended. The amended section is as follows:
