The land here involved is located in Van Buren Township, Wayne County, Michigan. The total acreage is approximately 100 acres. The property runs along the east side of Rawsonville Road, a paved, hardtopped road with one lane running in each direction which connects with I-94 and is one of the main north and south highways of Van Buren Township.
