The sole question presented by this appeal is whether the trial judge committed error by refusing to grant the defendant's motion for mistrial based upon allegedly improper remarks made by the solicitor during the course of the trial. The victims of the crime, a husband and wife, operated the Camellia Motel in Leland. They testified as to the details of the robbery and that they were able to positively identify the defendant.
