Plaintiff, pursuant to the power of eminent domain conferred by Sec. 11-19-23.9, U.C.A. 1953, as amended 1971, initiated this action of condemnation to take defendants' property. Defendants' property was a parcel of land measuring 49 by 156 feet, situated on the east side of West Temple Street between Second and Third South in Salt Lake City.
