Plaintiff brought this action in fraud to recover damages for certain misrepresentations and undisclosed overcharges. Defendants' motion for a directed verdict was denied and the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff for actual and punitive damages. On motion by defendants, the trial court set aside the judgment on the jury's verdict and entered judgment in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appeals and assigns as error the court's order setting...
