Judgment for divorce was entered on August 21, 1968, in the circuit court for Cook county, Illinois. Both parties were then residents of Illinois. In that proceeding the mother was the plaintiff; the divorce was granted to her and by stipulation of the parties, made a part of the judgment, she was awarded custody of the four children.
