The petitioner, Mary C. Carranza (Carranza), filed a Request for Hearing to Review the Findings and Award for Temporary Disability entered eight years earlier. After two hearings a Referee's Report was issued subsequent to which the Commission issued its Decision Upon Hearing and Findings and Award for Continuing Benefits.
