Appeal is taken to this Court from an order of the lower court denying appellant's petition for vacation of sentence, the petition having been made pursuant to the "Post Conviction Hearing Act," Act of 1966, January 25, P.L. (1965) 1580, 19 P.S. § 1180-1 et seq. For purposes of that petition, as well as in this appeal, appellant argues deprivation of his rights under the Interstate Compact Concerning Detainers...
