This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, refusing to grant Ralph Woody's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petition stems from extradition proceedings initiated by the Governor of Arkansas who made demand upon the Governor of Kansas for the extradition of Woody.
