Upon an amended indictment of a grand jury which alleged a previous conviction appellant was convicted by the verdict of a jury of burglary in the second degree and stealing in conjunction with burglary. Upon a finding of the applicability of the second offender act, the court sentenced appellant to imprisonment in the Department of Corrections for 10 years on the burglary charge and 5 years on the stealing in conjunction with burglary...
