Defendant pled guilty to a charge of breaking and entering, MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305, on October 11, 1972, and was sentenced on January 12, 1973, to a prison term of 2-1/2 to 10 years, with credit granted for 105 days spent in the county jail.
