This appeal is concerned with cross actions arising out of the sale of a Tacoma retail sporting goods business — Ski Hut Honda. Plaintiff, John Jarstad, sold that business in the late fall of 1970 to defendants Charles Woodke and Tacoma Outdoor Recreation, Inc.
