This appeal is from a conviction in the State Court of Gwinnett County for the offense generally described as "driving too fast for conditions." Appellant seeks a reversal on the basis of four enumerations of error. Three of these deal with overruling of his in limine motions. The final enumerations contends that "the trial court erred in finding the appellant guilty in the absence of competent evidence to support such a finding."
