Scott Paper Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, has brought this action against Scott's Liquid Gold, Inc., a corporation of the State of Colorado, for trademark infringement and unfair competition. Jurisdiction is alleged under 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a),(b).
