John Dale Showell, III, suing for damages for personal injuries and property damage, obtained judgment against Raymond W. Schweitzer for $26,566.00 in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County. In the same proceedings Ann L. Showell recovered judgment for $1800.00 for her personal injuries, and the Showells jointly recovered judgment for $1.00 for loss of consortium.
