This appeal stems from a procedurally complicated lawsuit which resulted in two judgments, both awarding plaintiff husband a final divorce and the permanent custody of the minor child born of the marriage. The first judgment was signed December 14, 1972, and the second on June 21, 1973, the latter purporting to be a confirmation of default.
