KEVILLE, J.

The defendant was tried to a jury in the Superior Court and convicted of using a motor vehicle without authority knowing that such use was unauthorized and of possession of an automobile master key. The case is here on the defendant's bill of exceptions, including exceptions to the denial of the defendant's motions for directed verdicts at the close of the Commonwealth's case. We discuss only those exceptions which have been argued.
