HARRIS, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced to thirty-five years in the penitentiary. Prior to arraignment, the court ascertained that appellant wanted a lawyer but was not financially able to employ one and the court appointed counsel to represent and defend him.
