Plaintiffs sued in the Circuit Court to set aside sales of their interests in two tracts of real estate, those sales having been made and confirmed by order of the Probate Court of Clay County, Missouri, in the course of the administration of the estate of their deceased father; and plaintiffs further sought partition sale of those tracts.
