In two separate criminal actions which were finally consolidated, the defendant was charged with fifteen counts of lewd and lascivious acts and five counts of child molesting. As a result of a plea bargain, he entered a plea of guilty to four counts of lewd and lascivious acts, and the rest of the charges were dismissed.
