No. 7418SC438.

207 S.E.2d 338 (1974)

22 N.C. App. 701

STATE of North Carolina v. Renald Wayne TUGGLE.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

August 7, 1974.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Atty. Gen. Robert Morgan by Asst. Atty. Gen. Donald A. Davis, Raleigh, for the State.

Richard S. Towers, Asst. Public Defender, Greensboro, for defendant.

CARSON, Judge.

Counsel for the defendant candidly admits that he has examined the record and finds no prejudicial errors. The only assignment of error is in the signing and entering the judgment as appears of record. We have carefully examined the record proper and, likewise, are unable to find prejudicial error. We hold that the defendant received a fair and impartial trial, free from prejudicial error.

No error.
