This is a suit brought by Ronald and Linda Hall (plaintiffs) pursuant to the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq. (the "Act") to void the purchase of a parcel of land from Bryce's Mountain Resort, Inc. (defendant).
