This is a postjudgment garnishment proceeding in which the judgment creditor seeks to attach the wages of the judgment debtor. The facts are not in dispute and are basically as follows: Some time prior to April 9, 1973, the plaintiff-appellant, Claude Harpster, obtained a judgment against the defendant, Harold L.
