This appeal is from a judgment in an action for declaratory judgment and other relief involving an Option Agreement to purchase real estate. The case was tried below before the court, without a jury, and resulted in a judgment in favor of the respondents (hereinafter referred to as defendants) and against the appellant (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff).
