OPINION BY CERCONE, J., December 11, 1974:

On October 30, 1969, a Philadelphia County Grand Jury returned four true bills of indictment charging appellant, Harry Blatstein, under the Penal Code of 1939, with bribery of governmental officials and employees,1 bribery of governmental servants and employees,2 extortion,3 and malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance in office.
