OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, May 2, 1974:

Floyd Jackson was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to one to four years imprisonment. Pursuant to rule 312 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,1 appellant notified the Commonwealth pretrial of the names and addresses of the witnesses he intended to call to establish an alibi.
