HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of murder in the first degree and was sentenced to death. At arraignment he was represented by a court-appointed lawyer and interposed two pleas, (1) not guilty and (2) not guilty by reason of insanity. On this appeal he was furnished a free transcript of the trial proceedings and the attorney who represented him at trial represents him in this court.
