Upon her claim for $10,000.00 damages alleged to have resulted from defendant's negligent failure to keep a lookout and the striking of the door of plaintiff's parked automobile by defendant's automobile, the verdict of the jury was for defendant. Thereafter, the trial court sustained plaintiff's motion for new trial upon the stated basis: "`Plaintiff's motion for a new trial is sustained for the reason stated in paragraph 5 of her motion...
