OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J., September 23, 1974:

This appeal is from a denial of a petition for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.

On May 7, 1965, the appellant Oscar Pearson was convicted on eleven bills of indictment each charging him with aggravated robbery.
