Writ granted. Although relator, the State, had a remedy by appeal from the judgment quashing the indictment (See C. Cr.P. Art. 912), we consider this writ since it was filed timely. The ruling of the trial court quashing the indictment is overruled and the case is remanded. See State v. St. Romain, La. 1974,
