On March 12, 1973, defendant, Donald Dill, was convicted, pursuant to a guilty plea, of the offense of burglary and sentenced to 3 years' probation. On July 31, 1973, defendant's probation was revoked and defendant was sentenced to a 1-to-4-year term of imprisonment. Defendant appeals from the sentence imposed and raises two issues...
