OPINION

BROCK, Justice.

The Appellee received an injury to his right index finger by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. The trial court granted a recovery for medical expenses, temporary total disability benefits for two weeks and one day and permanent partial disability benefits for 100% loss of use of the right index finger. The only assignment of error is that the Chancellor erred in granting permanent partial disability...
