This suit arises out of a contract involving the sale of a herd of Charolais cattle. Plaintiffs, Robert E. and Gloria Bradford, sued defendants, David M. Lide, Jr., Melvin E. Ward and Springfield Farms, a partnership, for specific performance and damages. Lide and Springfield Farms answered and reconvened for enforcement of the contract and damages. Ward did not answer.
