OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This appeal is taken from a conviction for the possession of a dangerous drug, to-wit: lysergic acid diethylamide, wherein the punishment was assessed at eight (8) years. The trial was before the court.

In three grounds of error appellant contends his warrantless arrest was illegal and that any search incident thereto was likewise invalid, and that the court erred in overruling his motion to suppress. We agree that...
