OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J., April 3, 1974:

This is an appeal from judgments of sentence for resisting arrest and assault and battery.

The facts of the instant case are not in dispute. On February 23, 1972, Patrolman Joseph Ianni of the Chester Police Department ticketed two Chester Cab Company taxis for parking violations.
