This case is before us by writ of certiorari to review the lawfulness of the Industrial Commission in suspending petitioner's benefits during his absence from the state between May 13, 1972 and June 18, 1972.

Petitioner was industrially injured on October 10, 1971 while lifting fifty-pound bags. On March 10, 1971 he filed a claim for workmen's compensation benefits, which was accepted by the respondent insurance carrier...
