HARRIS, Justice.

Defendant appeals his conviction of assault with intent to commit rape. The four assignments challenge photographic, line-up, and trial identification. We affirm.

We derive the facts from the evidence considered in the light most favorable to the verdict. The complaining witness was a 22 year old unmarried woman who resided with her parents on a farm near Jesup. She was employed at a Waterloo hospital to which she apparently commuted. At the...
