The only issue in this appeal is whether the appellant, Girard Rubber Corporation, a foreign corporation, is "doing business" in Pennsylvania and is therefore subject to service of process under Section 1011 of the Business Corporation Law, Act of May 5, 1933, P.L. 364, art. X, § 1011, as amended, 15 P.S. § 2011. (Repealed and replaced by Act of November 15, 1972...
