This action was commenced in the District Court of Hennepin County, the complaint alleging tortious interference with a contract for the sale of land in Anoka County described as the West one acre of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 84 (hereinafter Lot 7). Venue was subsequently transferred to the Anoka County District Court, and the complaint amended to claim a prescriptive easement over a closely situated lot described as Lot 5, Auditor's Subdivision...
