Action for personal injuries, arising out of automobile collision. Katheryn M. Blum sued Ernest Wilkinson for $35,000 damages for her injuries. Her husband joined in the action, seeking $7,500 damages on account of his wife's injuries and $750 damages to his auto which his wife was driving.
