Sullivan, was convicted on a plea of guilty in the Circuit Court of Mobile County on October 2, 1973, of possession of heroin and sentenced to a period of six years in the penitentiary. The trial judge in his colloquy with the Appellant, before accepting the Appellant's plea of guilty, advised Appellant of all his constitutional rights as required by Boykin v. Alabama,
