The Garrett Corporation (Garrett) filed a complaint against American Safety Flight Systems, Inc. (American Safety) seeking an injunction and damages for infringement of U.S. Patents numbered 2,765,131 and 3,102,623. American Safety counterclaimed for a declaratory judgment of invalidity...
