Plaintiff, Craftmaster Restaurant Supply Co., Inc., brought this action against defendants, Adolph and Ruth Cavallini, for the balance owing on a contract. Defendants appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff.
The sole issue on appeal is whether this action is precluded by plaintiff's failure to register as a contractor.
