This proceeding was commenced, pursuant to a petition and precept, dated February 17, 1974. The papers have annexed thereto a 30-day notice to terminate tenancy, dated December 29, 1973. This same landlord, William A. Colavolpe, commenced a prior hold-over proceeding against the instant tenant on February 13, 1974...
