We decide in this appeal whether two 1972 Acts of the General Assembly of Georgia legally can co-exist or whether these Acts are in irreconcilable conflict. The Acts in question are Ga. L. 1972, pp. 386, 387 (H. B. No. 267) and Ga. L. 1972, pp. 623, 624 (S. B. 376), both relating to waiver of grand jury indictment in capital felony cases under Code Ann. § 27-704.
