This appeal is taken from a judgment of conviction entered against Dennis Mark Mitchell for violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) (1970). The jury found him guilty on each count of a three-count indictment, the first two charging him with unlawful distribution of cocaine on two separate occasions, and the third count charging him with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
