In this diversity action, Mrs. Rose T. Quave (Giles), a resident of Harrison County, Mississippi, filed a tort action against Dr. Bernard A. Ray, a resident of South Carolina, charging him with liability for her injuries resulting from an automobile accident. Plaintiff alleged that while she was a passenger in her own vehicle, being driven by defendant Ray, he negligently turned from the east bound lanes...
