Plaintiffs, on behalf of themselves and all the registered voters of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico who reside within San Juan, seek to enjoin five assemblymen within the San Juan Municipal Assembly, appointed by the Governor of Puerto Rico, from performing their official acts.
