The plaintiffs appeal a ruling of the Wayne County Circuit Court which was a grant of a defense motion for a directed verdict. GCR 1963, 515. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' case, which was being tried before a jury, the defense made a motion for a directed verdict and the court granted the same. From this order plaintiffs appeal.
