OPINION BY JUDGE BLATT, December 3, 1974:

In March of 1972 Bernard Yasgur (claimant) was hired by R.E. Harris Associates (employer) as a book-keeper. From time to time during the months that followed, he assumed additional office responsibilities including the implementation of his own ideas to improve the efficiency of the employer's business. The owner of the business, William Beisel (owner), however, concluded that these new ideas were not working out satisfactorily...
